Highly recommended!!! I visited other lasik offices and they pale in comparison to LA Sight. I was warmly welcomed by the staff and Dr. Wallace was really awesome answering my questions about lasik during consultation. The eye doctor also checked my eyes about two or three times with great care so as to get the correct prescription. I decided to go with them because you can’t beat the prices. It’s less than 4000 for all four options.
Before operation day I was given a pill to relax and they checked my eyes twice to make sure they were OK and after that I was led into a room to relax for about ten minutes. They had me sit in a very comfy massage style chair and listen to some relaxing nature music. I mean what office has that? This is the only office that has a relaxing room for the patients. It really shows how they care about the patients. After that I was led into the lasik room and everything was done under fifteen minutes with extreme care and professionalism. The eye doctor quickly checked my eyes after the operation and gave me an eye kit and protective eye gear. It was a very smooth experience.
Now fast forward three months after I’m seeing 20/20 and the glare at night has definitely reduced. I’m very happy to have chosen LA Sight because it was such a great experience and everyone the staff the eye doctors and Dr. Wallace make sure every patient is satisfied. On top of that after the surgery you get scheduled follow up appointments and you are sent email reminders and calls from the office so you don’t forget. Really excellent customer service.
