Most big things have been mentioned, but it’s the little things that really put LA Sight above the rest.
Prior to the operation I got to meditate in a relaxing chair with a fountain next to it, and they even gave me a teddy bear that, as silly as that sounds, was surprisingly comforting during the procedure. During the operation, Dr. Wallace would mention things like “this incision looks great” or “we have an excellent flap to work with.” These things help me stay calm and feel comfortable.
It’s not just the price, professionalism, service, and speed of the entire LASIK process that makes LA Sight the best. Those seem to just be standard practice, but it’s those little things that made the experience beyond 5 stars.
