I have only great things to say about Dr. Wallace and his team. Most notably, they are all about making sure the patient is a) completely informed about the process, and b) completely comfortable with the process. They truly go the extra mile to ensure that the patient is very comfortable before, during, and after the procedure – they didn’t miss a beat. For instance, prior to the procedure, I was able to relax in a pre-op room which had a reclining massage chair, a small water fountain, etc., just to give one example. Might not sound like much but it shows how much they consider the experience from the patient’s point of view. And the staff is excellent. Sepi, the Senior Patient Coordinator and Surgery Counselor, was highly personably, answered all my questions, and even thought to call me when an earlier surgery time opened up a month ahead of my schedule surgery. And as far as the financial aspect, they were entirely transparent and never tried to upsell me. I would highly recommend LA Sight. They made the whole process a breeze. Oh, and my eye sight is at least 20/20, probably even better. A+ all around.
