Dean and his wife are a lovely couple. Dean initially came to me in about May of ’08 seeking care for pterygeum, which are growths of scar tissue and capillary tissue typically covering the white part of the eye nasally, with some encroachment on to the cornea. He responded very nicely to pterygeum removal care. I also treated his wife with LASIK but I think that was before they got married. Dean’s optical prescription was fairly minimal, but he’s a perfectionist and since his new bride was so happy with her vision, he thought he should check it out as well.
