Because I have been wearing glasses since the second grade, LASIK was something I always thought about getting done but was afraid to actually go through with.
So, after much research and several highly recommended consultations, I chose Dr. Wallace. He was the only doctor who truly understood my concerns and took the time to explain all the details of the procedure. Dr. Wallace and his friendly staff made me realize that I wasn’t just a number in his office.
My LASIK experience was a wonderful one. Because of this, I have already referred several of my friends to Dr. Wallace. For anyone considering getting it done, all I can say is with Dr. Wallace’s care and expertise, you don’t need to wait any longer.
I did need to have a tiny enhancement about 5 months after the initial surgery, in one eye. I am so happy with the results of this!

Hina originally had LASIK in February of ’04, and did well. After several months she felt as if the right eye was not quite “crystal-clear” like the left, and we performed enhancement care in May. She is now quite pleased with her vision in both eyes. She has no night vision difficulties (including no glare, halo, etc), no eye strain, no scratchy sensation, no dryness, nothing!
